CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

Measure the duration of each step in the sewing process.
Establish standard time allowances for sewing lines and collaborate with the foreman/team leader to meet production targets.
Develop and oversee schedules and procedures for generating new product codes.
Revise standard operating procedures and implement them on the production line.
Track production output, create line balancing reports, and document any changes in line balance.
Perform duties as instructed by supervisors.
