Job Description
- Provide 2nd level support to internal and external service of MS Teams
- Perform Microsoft Teams migration
- Support of MS Teams service development activities out of MS365 project
- Troubleshooting issues related to MS Teams
- Remote configuration of Gateways, SBS & SBC devices for MS Teams PSTN services
- Deliver Teams Voice and Video technology change, working with UCC team and Microsoft architects for problem tickets
- Ensure effective Incident Management in line with our defined SLA commitments
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience in providing technical support with MS365, Microsoft Teams (MS Teams), Skype for Business (SfB)
- Good knowledge in Voice services, MS teams Enterprise voice skills is highly desirable
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- ITIL operational awareness and understanding
- Have relevant Microsoft skills and certification: MS 365, Teams and Azure
- Understanding of voice services and technology is a plus – VoIP, SBC (CDRs, Logs), networks
- Good English communication skills
