・Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features
・Act as a contact point with clients and internal team members (BA/ Dev/ QC) on project status, risks, and issues
・Receive mentorship/ training from senior Scrum Master/ Project managers
・Develop schedule and plans that support the business timelines, resources, milestones, and project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS
MUST

• Gender：Male/Female
• Age：25~38
• Education level：Any
• Language：Japanese N2
• No. of experienced year：At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position

Key experience：
Must
- At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
- Japanese N2
- Have strong interest or experience in IT industry (No coding skill is OK)
- At least 1 year experience relating to Project management

Better
- Have knowledge or experience in Scrum Master/ Project Manager role

Salary in Gross & Net：1000-2000USD gross
