Mô tả công việc

Job description
-Analysis, Analyis manufaturing,management and supervise of employees
- Responsible for the manufacturing technique of the line and supervise to achieve daily productivity
- Based on manufaturing technology, consider to improve production line
- Evaluate the efficiency of Motor production line
-Confirm the results of the production line improvement
- Asistant for Japansese Factory Manager

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Not required
- Major: Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics
- Language: Japanese (N3~)
- Gender & Age: Male 35~50
- Experiences: 3 years in Electronic field
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Analysis
- Characteristics : Leadership, Communication,Management,Observation
- Others: Must have experience about manufacturing technology and Manage production labor costs

Salary in NET/gross : Negotiation

Working time: Thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (từ 7:20~16h55), Nghỉ giải lao: 09:30 09:40 và 14:30 14:40, Giờ nghỉ trưa: 11:40 12:15
