Goal setting and strategy planning
Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
Business management and progress
Optimizing and streamlining business processes
Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )
Member management and training
Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
Motivation and team building
Internal and external coordination and reporting
Coordination with other departments
Reporting to management and decision-making support
Problem solving and risk management
Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
Predicting and managing business risks
