    ■About The Role
    We are looking for a strong, energetic, deeply technical leader, with a growth mindset to lead team, unify infrastructure and platforms.
    You will champion company’s mission by developing user experience, driving the use of modern system software and developer productivity, enhancing our cloud native infrastructure services, building quality into everything we do, and coaching teams of high-performing engineers, and engineering leaders
    ■Job description
    •Perform coding for new common platform products and system architectures, including end-to-end implementation and integration.
    • Lead the development of our group’s software system architecture and infrastructure services to deliver a reliable, efficient, secure and developer friendly platform that enables high speed software development at scale.
    • Contribute in senior product strategy planning as a champion of technology and quality engineering.
    • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
    • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across geographical regions to define relevant must win engineering issues.
    • Own the engineering practices, raising the bar for the quality and speed of software delivery and operations.
    • Foster a culture of continuous growth improvement through coaching, mentoring, feedback and clear measurable outcomes.
    • Attract, develop and retain great engineering talent, passionate about foundations engineering and serving internal and external users Qualifications
    • Maintain working knowledge of IT industry and trends.
    • Drive and resourcefulness to persevere and overcome obstacles achieving challenging goals.
    • Exceptional technical judgement. Willingness and ability to take smart risks and fail forward.
    • Ability and motivation to roll up the sleeves and dive deep to help the team when needed.
    • Track record of successfully solving complex and ambiguous problems.

    • Ability to speak and write succinctly and clearly in Japanese or English.
    ■REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science withyears of relevant experience in engineering, require at least two skills in infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Docker/kubernetes), CI/CD, Mobile App (iOS/ Android/ Flutter) and Backend programming (Go/Ruby on Rails), Web frontend frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS etc.)
    • Strong leadership with 2-3 years of experience in leading/managing a team.
    • Has experience in translating technical concepts into language for audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders.
    • Strong technical skills, able to guide and supervise team members.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Deep knowledge of the software development life cycle, SCM tools and CI/CD pipeline.
    • Experience working with following software architectures, techniques and technologies: Docker, Docker-compose, MySQL, cloud infrastructure using AWS.
    • Strong communication skills with proven ability to present complex ideas and document in a clear and concise way.
    • High energy, motivated team player, able to effectively lead across functions and teams to drive projects and key initiatives to completion.
    • Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment
    • Comfortable with fast paced operations and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
    • Ability to speak and write succinctly and clearly in Japanese or English.
