Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:
Oversee and drive all back-office operations, primarily focusing on accounting tasks.

Specific Tasks Include:

Daily bookkeeping and payment operations
Developing workflows to improve organizational efficiency
Preparing monthly and annual financial reports for the parent company, auditors, and tax authorities
Calculating and filing various taxes (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Foreign Contractor Tax, Personal Income Tax)
Drafting labor contracts
Payroll and social insurance calculation
Office supply management
Other related tasks

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications
Pattern 1: Japanese Speaker
Around 3035 years old with a flexible mindset.
Native Vietnamese speaker
Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
Possession of the Chief Accountant certification and eligibility for registration
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent knowledge
Over 5 years of accounting experience
Pattern 2: English Speaker
Around 3035 years old with a flexible mindset.
Native Vietnamese speaker
Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher)
Possession of the Chief Accountant certification and eligibility for registration
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent knowledge
Over 5 years of accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working as a Chief Accountant
Knowledge and experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

Salary Range: 25 million ~ 40 million VND (Gross)
Working time Monday - Friday: From 8:00 To 17:00
