Responsible for developing the Hotels business of 0-2 stars hotel chain and managing overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience and brand image
Build the budget, human resource and action plan to achieve company's KPI
Analyze, evaluate and propose key markets to penetrate and potential location to develop the hotel business according to the company's strategy
Monitor revenue performance, arrange business reporting and undertake any short-term/long-term measures to increase revenue and number of hotel
Monitor customer service quality to build good brand image and competing capability in hotel industry
Supervise team members in all activities: location search and deal, renovation, hotel operation, sales performance, service quality… in a prompt and professional process
Build team structure, recruit, train and motivate team members
Set up, maintain and manage long-term relationship with hotel partners to develop the franchise business
REQUIREMENT:
University degree
Good communication in English and Vietnamese
At least 5 years’ experience at manager level of sales, business, marketing or operation
Experience in driving and implementing the business project, business strategies
Having good management ability, creative thinking, breakthrough sharp analysis
Having team leadership with a good team spirit, time management skill, well manage multi-task organisation skills
Having an insight into the market and a positive working attitude
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
Can-do attitude
