Work on a Japanese customer, English Customer, Vietnamese Customer project
Control schedule and monitor team
Manage projects scope and timeline
Define project productivity, follow up and track these metrics
Work closely with the Leader and TA (if any) to clarify Requirements and Expectations and propose Solutions.
Daily manage offshore team activities including daily meetings, planning meetings, issue resolve meeting
Report for direct manager in detail
Involved in the recruiting of project staff
Training and guiding your team members

Requirements
Experience/Knowledge Requirements
At least 1.5 years of experience in the BrSE/PM field.
Have a background in technology (IT)
Fundamental knowledge of software development, experience in engineering and the ability to provide solution consulting.
Knowledge or experience in project management is a plus.
Familiarity and understanding of web development.
Having Salesforce commerce cloud (SFCC) related knowledge will be advantageous
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Backlog
Experience in project management within the EC-Site, Web Application, Mobile Application...
Project management certification in PMP, PgMP, or similar will be advantageous
Skill Requirements
Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is a must
Good English communication skills will be advantageous
Strong task management and process monitoring skills, with flexibility in problem-solving
Ability to build teams and train team members, be able to understand driving factors that motivate team members and implement appropriate methods to enhance their motivation
Ability to cultivate influence through personal competence and personality
Strong critical thinking and logical thinking skills
Effective problem-solving skills. Demonstrated a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and attention to detail
