Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam established in April , as a design and development company belongs to Panasonic Corporation in Vietnam, having its head office and laboratories at th Floor, East Tower, Lotte Center Hanoi, Lieu Giai St, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam, with the aims of enhancing research and developments activities in digital home appliances in Vietnam, designing & developing software as well as strengthening global software development competences We are designing and developing high quality software solutions to contribute to the deployment of digital technology to Panasonic products to realize an affluent society for people around the world.

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Providing technical support of Air-conditioner/Electronics for Authorized Service Center and dealers
• Monitoring and reporting quality of Air-conditioner/Electronics in market
• Directly solving problems of Air-conditioner/Electronics in market
• Supporting customers in using, operating, installing and repairing Air-conditioner/Electronics
• Working with factories for quality improvement and spare parts reservation
