JOB SUMMARY:

As a launch of the digital marketing business, we will provide Vietnamese customers with digital marketing tools (marketing automation tools) and marketing consulting services originating in Japan. We will build a customer base while conducting sales activities for new development. Since you are also hired as a manager candidate, you will promote operations other than sales and create a business in Vietnam with us. As the business grows, we will take over more and more management work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management (As the PIC of the project, the main point of contact between client and vendors and internal teams for smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web development and advertising campaigns.)
• Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
• Cooperate with the Sales Team to invoice the clients timely and correctly.
• New project development (Liaise with Sales Team to create Digital Marketing solutions including proposals & quotations for clients)
• Sales tasks
• + Make a sales attack list
• + Find a potential client and have a business MTG
• + Call/ Seminar/Exhibition
• + Suggest marketing strategy & tool
• + Support current client how to use their marketing tool (Customer success）

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language: TOEIC 700 or equivalent English proficiency certification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in any of the following, in which at least 1 year as a Project Manager:
• As a service vendor
• Internet Marketing Promotion (advertising agencies, etc.)
• E-Commerce operation vendor (Shopee / Lazada / Tiki, etc.)
• E-Commerce operation vendor
• As client’s side
• Promotion Manager who is responsible for increasing sales of Product / Service provided by the company
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N4 or above)
• Experience working for Japanese company in Vietnam under a Japanese boss
• Practical experience with content management, Google Analytics, SEO.
• Ability to think logically and make feasibility plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-related skills.
• Ability to take action not only for his/her own success but also for the success of the entire project / team
• Problem-solving skills: Instead of just dealing with occurred problem, you can approach the cause of the problems by understanding its mechanism, then think of the solution for the whole process.
• To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Google Ads, knowledge of Facebook Ads và experienced with Marketing.
• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Digital Marketing, Marketing khác and understanding of Project Manager.
