JOB SUMMARY:
Develop new export customers and business opportunities. Handle inquiries, quotations, samples, and order follow-up. Maintain and grow relationships with overseas customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new export customers and business opportunities.

- Maintain and grow relationships with overseas customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Monitor order progress and update customers.
- Gather market and competitor information.
- Achieve sales targets and perform other tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, export sales, or business development (furniture industry preferred).
- Fluent English communication. Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for business trips and exhibitions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: negotiation, communication skills, and problem-solving.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: wooden products, import-export, and customer acquisition.
