- Designing in designing & checking for Electrical. for required projected.
- Liaise General Contractor, sub-contractor, sub-consultants and clients, suppliers as required.
- Making BOQ, Prepare concept, basic and detail design drawings in Auto CAD MEP or in Revit MEP, ensuring that the design are undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards; Review shop drawings and material submissions from sub-contractor.
- Have experiences in design systems as Control System, Security Systems,
- Undertake all necessary design calculations and analysis along with schematic diagrams and select appropriate equipment size.
- Undertake quality assurance checking of drawings and calculations produced by self and that of other team members as directed
- Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission to the Team Leader, and are also checked by the Team Leader prior to external issue.
- Assist the team leader in producing the design specifications, design reports and to finalize all design calculations as required.
- Follow Company’s design procedures, professional standards/rules.
- Survey site, manage site in necessary case by projects.

Requirement
- 5 years more of experience in designing, installation, operation projects.
- Over 30 years old is preferred.
- Must-have Design Certification and Supervision Practice Certification.
- Have deep experiences in making BOQ, cost estimation, Material Standards & Costing, Method Installation, Safety, etc.;
- Have experiences in supervising the mechanical installation at sites.
- Have relationship or ability to find and contact on wide range of suppliers and makers.
- Understanding in Standards, Regulations, Authorities Guidelines, Industry Best-Practices.
- Willing work both in Office and on Site.
- Good communication skill and team work.
- Have experience in Japanese M&E Company is a plus
- Education: University degree in Electrical Major
- Language: English (Workable)
