RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:

• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.
• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.
• Filing & documentation.
• Handle other customer service sales administration tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree or above in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
• Having Data-driven mindset.
• English fluency.
• Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
• Good communication & time management skills.
• To succeed in this role, essential skills include: Excel, communication skills, teamwork, persuasion and situational handling.
• We prioritize candidates with experience in: Fulltime, Customer Support, Sales Staff, Insurance Sales and Insurance Consulting.
