- Develop deep understanding of ecommerce logistics operations & actively identifying operational issues
- Analyse data and propose solutions, orientation to improve logistics performance;
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in Cross-function to ensure the projects are going to right direction within targeted timeline;
- Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
- Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately
