JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves conducting market research and analysis, developing annual marketing plans for product portfolios, and ensuring brand consistency and effective brand positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research: Collect and research company products. Monitor and analyze market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify competitors and their positions.
- Strategic planning: Prepare annual Marketing Plan of assigned product portfolio that defines the relevant market environment and strategic marketing direction, manage the approved promotion budget to achieve the approved sales and profit targets.
- Branding: Brand planning: Ensure that all communications and marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines. Brand positioning: Define clear segmentation of the target audience for the product, accompanied by strong recommendations on the best touchpoints, channels, activities to reach them, then convert them become new or retained customers.
- Carry special work as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
