JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves managing growth and process improvement projects, optimizing operations, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and continuously developing skills in business growth and supervisory practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take over growth or process improvement projects under a senior biz ops or management.
• Improve and optimize processes to minimize complexities and promote effective and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered timely.
• Move fast and be biased towards action.
• Motivate and leverage existing and new staff to continually up-level their results.
• Works continually towards self-development to stay current on business growth and supervisory practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Internship or professional experience in startups, e-commerce or consulting (open to fresh graduates).
• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a “business” mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills in English (MUST) and Vietnamese.
• Highly motivated (MUST) and ambitious, fast learner with a can-do spirit, even when under high pressure.
• Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Preferably: International experience (academic or work).
• Preferably: intermediate programming skills.
