CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm soạn thảo tài liệu, hợp đồng, tổng hợp dữ liệu doanh thu và báo cáo hiệu suất bán hàng, đồng thời theo dõi và phân tích các chỉ số KPI để đánh giá hiệu quả của đội ngũ bán hàng. Bạn cũng sẽ đóng vai trò là cầu nối giữa Quản lý và đội ngũ bán hàng, theo dõi việc thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh và quản lý lịch trình làm việc, cuộc họp, chuyến công tác.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Draft and prepare official documents, contracts, and all sales-related materials.
- Consolidate revenue data and sales performance reports, report directly to the Board of Directors. Monitor and analyze KPI metrics, providing systematic and periodic evaluations of the sales team's performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Manager and the sales team.
- Closely monitor the implementation of business plans, provide regular follow-ups, and ensure the sales department remains aligned with the company strategy and achieves set targets.
- Organize and manage work schedules, meeting calendars, and business travel plans for the sales department.
YÊU CẦU:
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS office tools.
- Good English reading comprehension skills.
- At least 02 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and coordination. Previous experience as a Sales Admin is an advantage.
- Strong systematic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize, filter, and present information logically.
- Proactive, agile, growth-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professional maturity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and in teams.
