RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer care and interaction
- Be responsible for interacting with clients to review incoming requests and determine realistic production deadlines
- File sharing handling and ensuring that productions / photos / images are done successfully in time.
- Tracks and reports all issues to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
- Be able to work in shifts (morning shift: 6.30 14.30, afternoon shift: 14.30 22.00, and night shift: 22.00 6.30)
- Experience in using file sharing sites, customer care.
- Highly pay attention to detail and organization.
- Flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving skill.
- Administration and organization mind-set.
- Have the ability to work in a team and organize a group effort.
- Have highly developed scenes responsible for the work.
