JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring internal accountants; no experience needed. Working hours are 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break; off on Sundays and public holidays. Salary ranges from 8.5 million to 11 million VND, with salary review after probation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily income and expenses, track advances
• Monitor and report accounts receivable and payable monthly
• Calculate employee salaries monthly
• Monitor and report inventory
• Input VAT invoices, issue VAT invoices to customers
• Maintain and store invoices and documents

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male/female, intermediate accounting diploma or higher
• 21 to 57 years old
• No experience required
• Honest, detail-oriented, responsible
• Proficient in accounting software (Misa), Excel
• In terms of skills, candidates should have: Excel proficiency, no experience required, communication skills and caution.
• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Internal Accountant, Accountant and General Accountant.
