RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
- Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
- Filing & documentation.
- Handle other customer service sales administration tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or above in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
- English communication skills.
- Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
- High pressure & time management skills.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: Excel, communication skills, time management, English and responsibility.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Customer Service, Customer Relations, Fulltime, Customer Support and Customer Relationship.
