JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled content creator who can produce engaging visual content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as design professional websites and promotional materials. Your role will be essential in building our brand image and connecting emotionally with our audience through design and storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social Media & Video Content
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
  • Create engaging storylines and visuals that align with our brand message.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for reach and engagement.
• Web Design (UI/UX)
  • Design modern and intuitive web interfaces with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion flow.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure consistent branding and smooth user interaction.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and design systems.
• Graphic & Banner Design
  • Design digital ads, web banners, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats (web, mobile, social media).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in video content creation and graphic/web design.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
• Basic English communication skills preferred (Japanese, Chinese, or Vietnamese also welcome).

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics / animation experience
• Experience with WordPress, Next.js, or similar web platforms
• Marketing or branding background
