Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position will oversee and manage all production activities at the mechanical workshop, including managing schedules, quality, personnel, and production operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage all production activities at the mechanical workshop.
Manage production schedules, quality, personnel, and operations.
Coordinate technical solutions to address issues arising during the machining and assembly process.
Ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity in production.

REQUEST:

Has practical experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
In-depth understanding of mechanical manufacturing, machining, assembly, and reading technical drawings.
Preference will be given to candidates who have progressed through a practical factory environment, from worker → team leader → production manager.
Possesses the ability to manage personnel and operate a factory.
