Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

The main responsibilities include preparing, marinating, and cooking dishes according to the menu, while ensuring the quality and presentation of the food.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare, marinate, and cook dishes according to the menu requirements.
Ensure the quality of the food, attractive presentation, and adherence to restaurant standards.
Manage and control raw materials, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality for cooking.
Clean the kitchen area and cooking utensils, ensuring food safety and hygiene.

REQUEST:

Preference will be given to candidates with cooking experience, especially in stir-fried dishes, appetizers, or dishes made with shellfish and seafood.
They are quick learners, enthusiastic, and responsible in their work.
You can work one of two shifts (Morning shift: 11am-9pm, Afternoon shift: 2pm-12am).
Preference will be given to candidates who are in good health and able to work under pressure.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: a polite demeanor, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: kitchen assistant, cook, and head chef roles.

The base salary is 10,000,000 VND/month, plus tips, allowances, and performance-based bonuses.
