JOB DETAILS
- Directly monitor daily construction activities at the construction site
- Checking the quality of materials and materials brought into the project
- Solving problems arising at the construction site
- Making and managing quality dossiers of construction works assigned to manage
- Prepare/check payment documents with subcontractors, construction team...
- Periodically, make work reports as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management

Detailed Experience/Skills:
- Graduated from Universities, Colleges majoring in DD&CN construction
- More than 3 years of experience in construction
- Mastering the legal provisions on construction law, construction standards
- Skills: Proficient in payment and settlement of works and office computer software, estimation, AutoCad technical drawing, .... reading, extracting volume from technical drawings.
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, good professional ethics
