We are looking for a dedicated Lawyer to join our team. This role focuses on providing legal advisory services for investment and construction projects involving land use (real estate, housing, industrial zones, etc.) for both domestic and foreign investors. The lawyer may also handle commercial matters related to investment, such as contract negotiation and drafting.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct legal due diligence, provide legal advice, and prepare investment licensing applications for real estate, commercial, and industrial projects.

Work with government authorities regarding investment licensing procedures.

Advise, negotiate, draft contracts, and finalize transactions for investment deals.
