- Surveying the ground, creating ideas, making design plans to meet the requirements of customers.
- Advising customers on the image & function of using the product they designed or re-edited.
- Have a good idea, specialize in designing: Neoclassical - classic villas, garden villas, modern villas, ...
- Deploy construction technical drawings

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills. Project management skills.
- Maintain current standards, codes and regulations
- Ability to build 2D ground concept, 3D implementation, design ideas for houses, villas....
- Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3DMax...
- Consulting and explaining design drawings to customers and investors.
- Ability to work in a team, coordinate with other departments to complete the work.
