1. ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for the creative direction and execution of all advertising materials including social media banners, email headers, website heroes, etc. to deliver a compelling and consistent brand message. This role acts as a key liaison between the design team and content team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brainstorm and design marketing and communication materials for both online and offline channels (social media, website, email, brochure, insert cards, etc.).
Collaborate with the team to fully understand project requirements (ask all necessary questions, raise concerns) and implement the companys creative vision.
Create visuals that effectively communicate the brands core message while aligning with brand identity and overall strategy.
Participate in team ideation sessions and support creative direction across projects.
Receive and apply feedback to continuously improve the quality of design outputs.
Ensure timely delivery of all tasks according to the production schedule.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (bonus: After Effects, Figma, Canva).
Strong sense of initiative, teamwork, and adaptability.
