Describe:
- Responsible for livestream activities and content on Shopee, Tiktok,
- Responsible for livestream account: ensure no live session breaks, no channel lock, live channel health
- Arrange staff, goods and live schedule to match the company's live schedule
- Support product selection, attach shopping cart to increase GMV conversion rate
- Live stream: pin price, support Host during live, remind script, support troubleshooting (if any)
- Perform any tasks that arise during the livestream
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Request:
- Have experience in operating livestream on Shopee, Tiktok, understand platform standards and algorithms
- Proficient in office software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving and situation handling skills
- Priority given to 06 months of experience in e-commerce livestream operations
- At least 06 months experience as host/live support
- Enthusiastic, passionate about creativity and highly responsible for work
- Positive energy, cheerful and sociable
- Hardworking, responsible, good at communication and quick to learn
- Understanding of platforms and policies of platforms shopee, tiktok, facebook,
- No lisp, stutter, cheerful, talkative, active.
Interest:
- Working hours: 17:00 22:00 Monday to Saturday
- Fixed salary 4,500,000 VND/month
- Diligence: 300,000 VND/month
- Channel commission: 0.5% of channel revenue
