Job Description
1. Receptionist job: - Receive and transfer calls to internal lines;Instruct customers to contact work, report to the relevant department to receive - Delivery and tracking of incoming/outgoing mail daily; Compilation of the list of mail/mail items sent by VP. Check mail forwarding information when required; - Arrange and notify the booking/cancellation of meeting rooms from departments; - Prepare tea, fruit...for meetings (if required), clean up after the meeting is over; 2. Support administrative work - Human resources: - Follow the form in the company form declaration. Additional photo/print when running low; - Exploiting candidate profile information, guiding candidates when coming to interview; - Track the hours in and out from the timekeeper, update the time in and out of the Office Block's timekeeping table; - Drafting documents and some administrative work when required
