Job Description:

• Planning and monitoring construction progress.
• Check the quality of materials, equipment and construction work.
• Manage project costs, budgets and resources.
• Resolve problems arising during construction.
• Report project progress and status to superiors.
• Ensure occupational safety and compliance with construction regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as contractors, investors, architects, engineers...
• Control construction quality according to design and technical standards.
• Manage and supervise the team of workers, ensuring work efficiency.

Job requirements:

• University graduate majoring in Construction or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Understanding of construction processes, standards and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P
• Skills to read and understand technical drawings.
• Effective time, cost and resource management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Honest, careful, responsible in work.
