Work content:

- Dissect and check the payment volume and payment value of the Contractor;

- Check the completeness and legality of documents;

- Check the arising volume, arising unit price, arising procedures for contractors;

- Check documents submitted to suppliers and materials according to the contract;

- Contribute opinions on contract negotiations with Contractors;

- Quantity take-off and balance calculation for construction packages;

- Master quality requirements, ensure contractors comply with prescribed processes during construction;

- Master the processes and standards of handover and acceptance documents;

- Remind warnings and report to Management for advice when detecting violations by contractors;

- Guide and check the contractor's quality records and as-built drawings in accordance with actual construction at the site;

- Prepare output reports, production plans, payment plans, and cash flow plans of the Contractor; + Other jobs:

- Responsible for reporting work performed, weekly and monthly reports;

- Participate in meetings with contractors and related units

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from university/college with relevant majors: fire protection, CTN, electromechanical, mechanical

• Have experience of 2 years or more in the above position
