Sao Star Media is looking for 2 Assistants to join the team in media activities, livestreaming, and brand building.

Work location:
Street No. 4, Ward 16, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job description:

• Assisting in scheduling and managing the work schedule of the Board of Directors.
• Plan, track, and set reminders for daily tasks.
• Providing consultation and customer care before and after the service.
• Filming videos and taking photos for work and company projects.
• Edit short videos for TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, and other social media platforms.
• Prepare necessary documents, files, quotations, and contracts as needed.
• Support in organizing livestreams, events, training sessions, and workshops.
• Coordinate with other departments to monitor work progress.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Request:

• Basic knowledge of shooting photos and editing videos.
• Proficiency in using video editing applications is an advantage.
• Quick-witted, energetic, outgoing, and a good communicator.
• They are responsible and proactive in their work.
• Knowing how to organize tasks and manage time.
• I have my own transportation and personal laptop.
