Job Description- Support the development and implementation of recruitment plans; complete recruitment targets on time according to operational needs, ensuring timely response to the personnel needs of departments.
- Responsible for establishing and expanding diverse recruitment channels, including but not limited to popular recruitment sites, social media platforms, industry forums, university recruitment channels, etc.
Job requirements: 1. Work experience:
- Proficiency in Chinese or English with Vietnamese (Chinese - Vietnamese or English - Vietnamese language pairs are accepted);.
- Work Experience: 12 years of experience in the field of human resources, with priority given to candidates who have been in charge of recruitment. Excellent fresh graduates may also be considered, but relevant internship experience is required.
- Careful, patient, serious in work; have good service consciousness and effective communication skills;.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-platform work environment, quick thinking, and a desire to learn.
2. Language ability:
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to use as a daily working language.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate effectively and coordinate well with international team members.
