- Arrange the working schedule and notify the working schedule of the Board of Directors to the relevant Departments / BPs; control work to support the Board of Directors.
- Arrange and prepare seminars and meetings with partners and customers.
- Make a work plan, book transportation, hotels, order flowers, greeting cards, prepare tools, documents, .. at the request of the Board of Directors and make related payment records.
-Monitor, check, urge and remind individuals / departments in the unit, PB to implement the direction and assignment of the Board of Directors.
-Store, update, and provide timely, complete and accurate documents and information; ensure safety and security and, when necessary, can be quickly and easily searched and retrieved (written as well as electronic documents).
- Translating, drafting documents, official correspondence.
-Perform duties related to communication and reception.
- Prepare reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
