Job Description
Develop and implement plans and operations for the warehouse department.
Build and deploy warehouse management systems such as 5S, FIFO/FEFO.
Guide and organize warehouse import and export work, and strictly implement "clear marking, neat folding, clear classification, first in first out, unification of items" to make the most of multi warehouse storage capacity.
Coordinate with the sales department to plan the quantity of goods to be imported and exported monthly, quarterly and annually.
According to the warehouse management system, ensure system data is entered accurately and promptly, ensuring warehouse information is reflected honestly and flexibly. When goods are unavailable or lacking, relevant departments will be reminded in advance to conduct inventory to avoid shortages.
Carry out counting to ensure the correct quantity of goods when importing and exporting goods into and out of the warehouse daily and monthly.
Arrangement and storage of goods must be reasonable and scientific to facilitate inventory and movement of goods in the warehouse.
Carry out inspection, control, and counting to always ensure the quantity of goods in the warehouse and not cause loss of goods.
Ensure safety issues against theft and loss, security and hygiene, moisture and mold prevention, insect prevention, and fire prevention at the warehouse.
Good use of Excel to make reports and statistics on goods.
