JOB DETAILS: This job involves managing, directing, and assigning tasks to departments and divisions within the company to carry out business operations, managing and developing human resources, as well as negotiating and signing domestic and international business contracts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing, directing, and assigning tasks to departments and divisions within the company to carry out and handle the company's business operations;
- Managing and developing the company's human resources;
- Perform tasks related to negotiating and signing domestic and international business contracts for the company;
- Establish a financial control system for the company, ensuring that financial resources are tightly controlled and operating costs are managed in accordance with the company's development plan;
- Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships related to the company's business operations;
- Monitor and implement marketing and revenue management plans to maximize profits, anticipate and plan for market changes and for each customer segment.
- Assisting the Director in managing business and services for key clients and corporate clients;
- Develop short-term business plans and objectives; direct the development and implementation of business plans to strengthen the company's brand in the market and expand its customer base;
REQUEST:- Having at least two years of experience in a managerial position at businesses operating in the commercial sector;
- Proficient in Chinese;
- Possesses strong diplomatic, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Preference will be given to candidates who already have diplomatic relationships and partnerships with foreign clients and partners.
