1. Benefits:
- Basic salary: 7,000,000
- Allowances: + Lunch allowance 500,000 VND/month, Phone allowance 200,000 VND/month, Gasoline allowance 300,000 VND/month.
- Sales salary: 1.0% of revenue
- In the second month, sales reach 200 million/month and receive a bonus of 5 million VND.
2. Job requirements:

3. Job description:
- Call customers according to the Company's available phone list.
- Call customers to ask for feedback when they use the company's products.
- Introduce new company products and invite customers to make next purchases.
- Use zalo to send information about products and services to customers to help them consult and answer customer questions.
- Carry out procedures such as: making orders for customers via Pancake, pushsale, etc.
- Make periodic or arising work reports.
-Participate fully in department meetings and reports.
- Perform other tasks when requested by management.
- Together with the department head, develop a general business plan for the entire company by month, quarter, and year
- Regularly report to the sales manager on implementation tasks and implementation results
- Participate in developing appropriate and effective policies and regulations in the company's business activities.
- Promote the company's image through Facebook, Tiktok, advertising platforms,...
- Deploy outreach and sales to new customers (new customer source according to the company's new customer policy).
- Develop a customer care plan such as phone calls, zalo,... asking about the delivery status of goods, quality of products and services, recording and resolving customer questions and complaints, giving gifts, Sending cards on customers' birthdays and important events, and other things related to customer service (proposals, building specific policies)
- Research, evaluate market situation and propose development plans
