JOB DETAILS:

The company is hiring for positions such as Chef, Kitchen Assistant, and Dishwasher, with opportunities to work at Kyung Bok Gung and Kyung Hee Gung restaurants.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

CHEF

• Prepare authentic Korean dishes (BBQ, hot pot, bibimbap, soup, fried dishes, etc.) according to the correct recipes.
• Quality control of dishes before serving.
• Pre-process and inspect incoming raw materials.
• Quantitative management, minimizing losses.
• Organize and assign tasks to the kitchen assistants.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT

• Food preparation (cutting, washing, marinating meat, preparing vegetables).
• Prepare the ingredients as requested by the head chef.
• Assists in preparing simple dishes.
• Prepare the dipping sauce, kimchi, and side dishes.
• Keep the kitchen area clean.
• Arrange and store food according to regulations.
• Assist with end-of-shift inventory checks.

DISH WASHING

• Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, trays, and grills.
• Clean the kitchen area, floors, and trash cans.
• Sort your waste according to regulations.
• Arrange the tools neatly and in their proper places.
• Provide support to the kitchen staff when needed.
• Ensure the washing area is always clean and dry.

REQUEST:

• Both those with and without experience cooking Korean food.
• Knowledge of spices and signature sauces.
• Excellent management and stress management skills.
• Quick and diligent.
• Diligent and in good health.
• Be mindful of maintaining public hygiene.
