- Receive dispatch orders from administrative staff or direct requests from managers.
- Directly drive the car to pick up employees or partners when there is a dispatch order or request.
- Regularly keep the car well and clean.
- Clean the car daily and take the car to the car wash according to the actual condition of the car.
- Carry out periodic maintenance and oil changes according to the regulations of each car manufacturer and according to the actual operating situation of the vehicle.

- Record the distance in kilometers, time, location, and user of each trip in the car usage log book and get the signature of the vehicle user.
