• Prepare documents for acceptance and payment with Customers:
- Understand the terms and conditions of payment under the contract of the project
- Prepare minutes of acceptance and documents attached to each work item.
- Deploy Shopdowning / As-built BV drawings for the construction site.
- Calculate and protect the volume with TVGS, Investor
- Compilation of completion documents and payment of works.
• Checking documents, monitoring payments of Subcontractors, Construction Teams:
- Check the volume and unit price paid by the subcontractor and construction team according to the approved volume and unit price in the project's budget.
- Synthesize and monitor the payment volume of the Subcontractors, Construction Team, compare with the payment volume of the project with the Customer.
• Performing cost control activities at the project:
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly production and cost reports.
- Follow up the design drawings, update the adjusted drawings at the construction site.
