- Collect and receive information requests from the Company: go to the field, create design plans, layout of the entire architectural space that needs to be sketched. - Implement preliminary design drawings, basic design, construction design, planning plan design, 1/2000 zoning planning, 1/500 detailed planning, ... - Participate in consulting Consulting to calibrate designs, manage design work, manage design construction work, ensuring project feasibility. - Ensure that the design of the construction project must be consistent with the planning, planning of landscape, construction, and natural conditions. Candidate requirements - University graduate or higher majoring in Architecture/Planning - At least 01-02 years working in the professional field - Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, ... - Am Understand relevant regulations (laws, decrees, circulars, regulations, standards, etc.) to serve the job.
