- Responsible for the Company 's general Financial Accounting and Tax activities before the Board of Directors and the law; (excluding internal management data).
- Work with Banks, loan applications and credit limit issuance. Monitor loan limits and bank disbursements.
- Work directly with tax, insurance and bank authorities to provide and explain data;
- Participate in tax settlement, explain data and work with tax authorities;
- Prepare financial reports, VAT and personal income tax reports periodically according to tax regulations. Develop financial and accounting regulations in accordance with the law and practice of the Company ;
- Organize management, sign in charge of accounting/chief accountant on documents, books, invoices, contracts related to finance and accounting;
- Responsible for receiving and processing documents arising related to tax data, from details to summary
- Experience in reviewing and being responsible for the results of reviewing accounting documents, revenue - expenditure - import - export documents... serving the business of the Company;
- Organize and manage documents, books, invoices, and contracts related to finance and accounting;
- Implement training plans, foster, improve qualifications, and build a team of accounting staff in the Company;
- Develop processes and forms related to Accounting and Finance;
- Coordinate other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
