JOB DETAILS - Monitor, summarize and check all types of documents and invoices to ensure validity and accuracy. - Coordinate assigned work with other internal accountants in the company. - Carry out the circulation of company documents in accordance with the prescribed order. - Carry out accounting procedures for internal documents and invoices in accordance with regulations. - Organize, store and secure information for business documents and books. - Internal accountants are responsible for preparing periodic or ad hoc reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis when requested. - Collect and analyze data to synthesize the actual business situation.
