Appointed by the General Director, the Factory Director is responsible for all aspects of the factory's operations. This includes production planning , process optimization, quality assurance, delivery schedules, workplace safety, and profit maximization. They are also responsible for the rational and balanced layout of the factory's production lines, ensuring high production efficiency. Regular maintenance and servicing of the factory's machinery and equipment is organized and implemented. Furthermore, they plan the procurement of new machinery and equipment to support the factory's production activities. The Factory Director advises the Board of Directors on strategies related to production and business operations.
