Duties: Organize and implement business strategies and plans according to the company's orientation and the owner's decisions; Manage human resources, assign work, evaluate performance and build a workforce suitable for development needs; Be responsible for signing contracts, dealing with partners and customers, ensuring activities comply with legal regulations; Monitor financial situation, approve costs and propose solutions to optimize resources for the business; Periodically report on operating results, be responsible to the owner and state agencies when necessary; The director is also responsible for building and maintaining the company's image and reputation in the market; When necessary, the director represents the company in working with state agencies, domestic and foreign partners.

Responsibility: Ensure company operations comply with laws, internal regulations and professional ethics.
Ensure business goals, revenue, and profits according to assigned plans.
Effectively manage and coordinate all departments and functional units.
Regular and ad hoc reporting to the Board of Directors on operations, risks, and response plans.
Build a reputable and professional company image in the market.

Authority: Decide on strategic and operational issues within the scope of authorization of the Board of Directors; Appoint and dismiss subordinate management staff according to internal regulations; Approve budgets, contracts, and business plans within assigned limits; Convene and chair executive meetings.

- Qualification requirements: College degree or higher or good business administration qualifications.
- Experience requirements: Have at least 02 years of experience working in the position of Business Manager.
- Other requirements (if any): Have good English communication skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing; Have the ability to develop business plans and strategies suitable for the target market. At the same time, must have good communication and negotiation skills with domestic and foreign partners and customers. Understand the market, know how to analyze business data, control costs and revenue. In addition, need to handle situations flexibly, make quick and accurate decisions, especially in a competitive business environment with international factors.
