JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for managing and training the KOL booking team, building and allocating KOL lists by project, negotiating prices, and controlling booking costs. Simultaneously, they work directly with brands/agencies and are responsible for the team's booking revenue KPIs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing and training a team of KOL booking agents (310 people)
Build and allocate KOL lists by project.
Negotiating prices, controlling booking costs.
Working directly with brands/agencies
Responsible for the team's booking revenue KPI.
Risk management: KOLs posting late, providing incorrect content, unforeseen issues.

REQUEST:

I have 12 years of experience booking KOLs/Influencers.
Previously led a team or held a senior role.
Having readily available KOL/MCN data is a major advantage.
Good negotiation and work management skills.

Candidates need to have experience in: Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Relations, and TikTok.

In addition, the following aspects need to be addressed: Affiliate Marketing, Branding Marketing, and Project Implementation.
