JOB TASKS
Sales (70%):
• Search, call to consult, clarify customer needs,
• Support customers, explain content related to products.
• Take responsibility for personal goals (sales, renewals, etc.)
Customer Service (30%):
• Handling customer requests and complaints.
• Process customer payments.
• Call, survey, track customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers (start date, end date, test, report results, etc.)
