JOB DESCRIPTION
Contact, introduce and advise courses for parents/students to understand the program, meaning and value of the course.
Approaching customers on many channels to introduce company products, admission consulting.
Enroll, take care of customers, students, classes during the duration of teaching.
Customer Administration and Customer Service:
Acting as the main communication channel with parents about student learning.
Receive, process and assist in handling complaints or feedback from parents and students.
Participating in the implementation of end-of-course activities such as: course summaries, closing days, final transcripts, other extracurricular activities..v.v.. marketing activities, student care/ customers on site.
Manage classrooms, check and arrange the opening and class schedules, support teaching to go on as planned.
Counseling for continuing education and re-enrollment.
Cashier: Collecting tuition fees, exam fees, and extra-curricular expenses according to the detailed fee schedule stated in the regulations and policies of the Finance Department.
REQUEST
At least 6 months of experience in education or related fields such as restaurant - hotel service, banking, insurance.
Graduated from College/University.
Work in shifts (44 hours/week).
Dynamic, gentle, friendly attitude and good communication skills
Ability to grasp psychology, present and convince customers well, especially customers in the high-end segment.
The voice is clear, gentle, inspiring.
English, Office computer skills are an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recruitment consulting or training support.
