MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Proactively contact and advise customers, introducing the company's services to ensure business plans are aligned with customer needs.
- The company provides contact information from the marketing department, which they then use according to a pre-set script.
- In collaboration with the marketing department, customer service ensures that a high percentage of students receive accurate and comprehensive advice.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly work reports to your supervisor.
REQUEST:- Graduated from or currently enrolled in college/university.
- Candidates with experience in education sales are preferred.
- We are accepting applications from candidates with no prior experience but who wish to develop their skills in the sales field.
- Knowing Japanese is an advantage.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: sales skills, proficiency in persuasion, and expertise in consulting.
- Additional criteria include: understanding of sales, recruitment, and telesales.
